Hey guys,
I’ve been engaged on a server supervisor for a couple of month now, and I felt like now could be a very good time to share some info on it.
Dashboard
Disclaimer: I did use AI for the structure and shade design. I’m a backend dev by commerce, not a designer.
That is for self internet hosting server, that is NOT a paid service to host individuals's servers. I’ve been making server managers for many video games I play, and Hytale shall be considered one of them. The server panel will let you do the next:
Create and handle servers Browse plugins, belongings, modpacks, and so on, throughout the supervisor itself Handle gamers (That is is but to be carried out since server API isn’t out but) Create guide backups Schedule computerized duties (Create backups, restart server, run instructions, and so on) Server file supervisor, for looking and modifying information on the web site itself Worlds (Not totally carried out till I see how hytale manages worlds) Alerts to be informed when a server is shutting down and resolve them for a little bit of concern monitoring. Undecided if i’ll hold this, however for not, I feel i prefer it. Exercise log to see what different customers are doing on the supervisor Setup permissions for every stage of consumer (Admin, moderator, viewer), however rather a lot to check for this nonetheless Some settings, like API keys, altering passwords, discord webhook setup, FTP storage exams
For backups, I at present have native storage and FTP setup, however extra might be added if persons are keen to check them. I might take a look at s3, however should not have something to do this with at present.
I do hope individuals don’t see this as AI slop, as I did put a number of work within the backend myself and writing documentation for it, though for the docs, a LOT is lacking. Most shall be completed as soon as the server information are out and I do know what I can and can’t do. (Hoping for RCON assist or an RCON plugin quickly if not)
